We get the same questions often enough that it’s worth putting the answers in one place. If yours isn’t here, call us on (865) 722-3522 or email sean@thesandorsunclub.com — we reply quickly, and to everything.
Where are your properties?
Two, in two very different places. The Bruin Den is a log cabin in Sevierville, Tennessee, in the heart of the Smoky Mountains — minutes from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park. Birdie Beach Bungalow is an oceanfront condo at Cinnamon Beach in Palm Coast, Florida.
How do I check in?
Contactless self check-in, from 3:00 PM. You’ll get clear arrival instructions and secure entry details before you travel — no key handovers, no waiting around for anyone.
What time is checkout?
10:00 AM, and it’s a relaxed one. No long list of chores. Strip nothing, scrub nothing. If you’d like a later checkout, ask — we’ll accommodate it when the calendar allows.
How many people can stay?
The Bruin Den sleeps 8 (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Birdie Beach Bungalow sleeps 9 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Both have a two-night minimum.
What’s included?
Fresh hotel-standard linens and towels, a deep professional clean before you arrive, welcome essentials including coffee and tea, high-speed Wi-Fi, free parking, and travel-size Aveda toiletries in every bathroom. Plus our local shortlist of where to eat and what’s worth your time.
Is there support during the stay?
Yes — a 24/7 guest line answered by a real person. We own and manage both homes ourselves, so you’re never routed through a third party.
Can you arrange extras?
That’s the fun part. Pre-arrival grocery stocking, private chef dining in the property, tee-time booking and course recommendations, restaurant reservations, tours, transfers and mid-stay refresh cleans. Tell us what you want from the trip and we’ll set it up before you arrive.
Are the properties good for families?
Very. Birdie Beach Bungalow has a bunk room, beach chairs, toys, board games, a Chicco seat and a Pack-N-Play. The Bruin Den has an arcade loft, built-in kids’ beds and a hot tub for the adults once they’re asleep.
Is it safe to book direct?
Yes — and it’s cheaper. Secure payment, published terms, a real registered business in Knoxville, Tennessee, and no platform mark-up.
